What is this and where can I get one?
Pics attached. The item on the end, it looks like a pressure regulator but I am not sure. Mazda dealer shows it in the diagram but they have no part number for it. What is it and where can I get one? The pipe would be nice to have a spare too.

Um I don't recall seeing anything like that on a GSL-SE.. It looks like someone took a fuel line and a put some sort of FPR on it..I don't believe its a factory part I don't see a vacuum port on it.

@one320fc, sorry but you are mistaken. This is exactly what is shown in the service manual and the parts diagram at the dealership for a 1984 Mazda RX7 GSL-SE.

The one I have is full of crap, could flush it but if its just a pulsation dampener, I will run without it. Just a straight shot out the pump, into a Fram G15 filter. No stock filter stuck way up there, no banjo fitting or twisty bits. Should be much easier to service.
It ran fine without the thingy when we replaced the pump at the track. But thanks one320fc, I will check out Mazdatrix. |

Mazdatrix = Wow, 13-350C-N304 is the same part number the dealer had but he thought it did not include the thingy. $340 is too expensive since a good racing fuel injection pump and filter is under $100 if you look around. Since this is a LeMons project, that part would put me over the cost limit.

it is a pulsation dampner. i'd recommend replacing the one on the fuel rail with the delete that rotaryresurection sells.
