Default Need a new turbo

So this weekend i was out driving on a track, and my turbo is now blown, it was a cheap ebay turbo that the last owner bought, so it was only a question of time anyway.

My engine is a 88 13B T2, with streetport, eksternal wastegate, 3" downpipe and 2*2.5" after Y pipe.

I have a Garrett T66 .96 AR on hand, but not shure if i want to buy it.

I want a turbo that starts to spool up early, BB, T4, preferably watercooled, and isn't to expensive but still have good quality.

My goal is eventually 350-400hp, i now run about 7 PSI and plan to run that until i brake the NA transmission, and when i change it with the T2 trans i have laying around i plan to turn up boost to around 14PSI.

So any suggestions to wich turbo i should run?
