Default engine wont start

i have a 93 rx7, ever since i first bought it i dont think my second turbo has been working every time i step on it once i hit around 5rpm i lose power and you can feel the power loss and when i let off the turbo would make an unusual blow off noise, also it backfires quite a bit on idle. anyways now it wont start, the starter and battery are all good and it turns over, it just wont fire up! im thinking its either my trailing spark plugs or my fuel pump.

has anyone else had this problem? or know what my problem is? please help

Not enough info to give you a good guess .Change all the spark plugs and see if they are sparking before you install them. If they are, check to see if the fuel pump is working, check pressure output .If that is good check the compression .
