Default Adjusting MMR camber links on car?

Before I ordered them, I saw a few people mention that you can not adjust the MMR links on-car. Then, I saw a few people saying you CAN.

I just installed them, and while it's easy to move the adjustment nut, the lock nut on the rod end is at a 45* angle, and impossible to get to with a normal 17mm wrench.

I'm 90% sure I installed the links correctly, but the nut is just impossible to tighten. I ended up removing the links, locking them down, and reinstalling them for now, with no alignment rack on hand.

I can't remember if I got the MMR or AWR, but whichever I got the alignment mechanic was able to make it work.

Lol, that doesn't exactly help because the two companies offer a completely different design.

The AWR are known for on car adjustability. The MMR ones I read people post that they are, but when I installed them, the only way to loosen and tighten the lock nut was to take the entire link off one end.

Well I did have an alignment shop do my alignment with both an on car adjustable center rod as well as the individual adjusters and they charged me the standard price. I assume he did it with them on the car.

Aha!

These are the MMR, you can clearly see how these would NOT be adjustable in-place, however you may not have to COMPLETELY remove them to adjust, just one of the two linkages so you can thread up/down.

These are the AWR, and having looked at mine today I'm 98% certain these are the ones I got.

Mazdatrix sells these, I think they might be AWR's just with grease zerks added. Quite a bit more money for those zerks, but I would like to have them. Mine are rusting... who knows how well they'll do at the next alignment which will be coming up before too long.
