Default 13B RE swap.

So my engine is currently out of the car in peices, and I'm looking at having to replace housings. So I'm toying with the idea of getting a low km 13bre to put in there. Just trying to work out what would be more cost effective. If I get the RE it's still going to get stripped down for an extend port and a freshen up. What actually has to be replaced (guess I'm looking at you TTT) Car is a Jspec S5

Such as

Will my exhaust manifold fit/Oil drain line up (ie have to make up a longer drain line)
Will my gearbox still fit

Heres a link to my build thread which pretty much has all my current mods. I'm aware some of the stuff will become useless like my fuel rails and throttle body snout etc when I change to the new inlet manifold.

Ah cool, should have looked a little harder. I always thought the 13B-RE was the same as the 13B-REW out of the FD? Is there any differences there? Seems like all that has to be done is really make up some engine mounts which won't be hard.

Engine mounts are different.
They are both twin turbos, but the sizes are different.
Downpipe flange is similar, but the FD 13B-REW has one extra bolt / hole in it.
Water pump + housing is different.
Cosmo 13B-RE has exhaust port inserts in it.
Cosmo 13B-RE only comes with auto trans.

So essentially the same if your bolting on a big single, cool. Sounds like an easy swap then
