Before you make any plans.. we are most likely going to be at Fontana next year. Seems like this is the new thing at DG... one lodge gets better, then worse, then other lodge learns the lesson and gets better... In this case, Fontana is being super cool about it!

I talked to Masin last year and he said that Fontana wasn't as nice as NV? Either way I don't care, I'd sleep in a parking lot to attend DGRR. Just wondered your opinion.

NV is nicer than Fontana... But now the roll has changed.. NV's been pulling my leg and now Fontana seems to be more professional then NV.

Also, gas prices are unpredictable and 1 to 1.5 hour extra drive might be more of an issue than before... i know its not going to be as nice.. But I'm trying to watch out for those who can't spend the extra cash... I'll have final details worked out by end of Oct. and make it official.

Phil, the main difference was the length of the event, this one was much longer therefore giving us more time to participate in other activities, my wife loved it, she was able to meet just about everyone and made a few friends along the way, something she wasn't able to do @ DGRR because we were too busy slaying the dragon.
