I voted for Phil and am not able to revote. I'm just looking at the amount of votes and it seems like there is a real lack of interest in this section. I know we have way more than 30 people visiting this site on a daily basis, maybe we need to get the word out about this contest better.

Ouch Though you do have a point....Though my issues isn't with the fact its swapped, its that fact its half-torn apart right now. To me, a ROTM needs to be 95-100% complete.
