LOL... grrrr !!!
it wasn't the fuel pump after all... I had a northern bay rotary mechanic by the name of Peter Staudt come out and check out my car.. turns out i got a bad connection or wiring somewhere between the fuse under the steering column and the fuel pump.. so we ran another wire and the car runs.. 2 months of Research and Reading pays off finally!!

lol well yes, im pull my car apart tomorrow and check the wiring. if its bad then i'll just zip tie the wire and tuck it under the carpet.and call it a day
