Alright, thanks for all the info on that, that post helped the most :P I decided to not buy new wheels right now and just but two new tires for the back (desperately needed)

Sounds like you need to stop resting your foot on the clutch pedel and get some better transmission bushings yo!

New tires are always good. I usually buy mine used as I only get about 5,000 miles out of a pair and I don't spin them.

SHIFTER BUSHINGS!!!!

As for the reverse grinding thing... SOP is

come to a complete stop
shift into any forward gear to stop the trans from moving
or just depress the clutch while braking and leave it in gear
shift into reverse
