Been a while, had some changes in my plans, and my life, and all such stuff.

But now, both cars are going to be mostly parted out. Gold will be left with full body, brakes, suspension, and rearend. Not much else. Claret Mica will be parted out and sold as a roller, or scrapped, depending on if someone wants to do the repairs to make it road safe.

Gold car is getting a Chevy 350 and T5 combo. Don't hate.

Floor is almost rusted out, front frame rails are rusted OFF the car. Needs a new door. Needs new quarters. If the paint were stripped, I'd be terrified to see what else needs replaced.

Tore a lot of the claret mica car apart today, found that it has had an engine bay fire and the driver side harness is toasted.

Engine and trans out of the gold car, mostly everything out of the bay. If I can get a break from storms and rain and family, I'll finish stripping the bay, cleaning, and painting.

I keep tossing up the decision between an auto and manual trans. If I got manual, I'll have to source out a trans, flywheel, shifter, and all that good stuff.

Where as I have a full auto. If I go the auto route, it will be a 700R4 with a full manual valve body, and a slight stall.

The engine won't be built up much. Just a bit more aggressive cam, a set of aluminum heads, flat top pistons, dual plane manifold, and Holley 750 carb.

Most of my life haha! I actually live in Keavy, which is right beside Corbin. Heading north, I live 4 miles off the 2nd Corbin exit on 75.

What's her name and where abouts does she live here?!
