Hey everyone, just registered after seeing shirts everywhere at Sevenstock this year!!! There was also someone with a RCC shirt filming Saturday night at the DoubleTree motel in the pool area. Anyway,i drive a 90 Vert with a (Gulp) automatic!!! I also had a 86 base shell in need of a T2 swap before my house caught on fire and i had to give it away!!! Oh well, time to hunt down another one!!!

Nice vert, even with an auto, Welcome to the club! That was me with the cam at the pool. I did record some of it but most was just a live video stream back to this website. When I have time I'll edit what I did record and post it up. Visit and post often!

That is a nice ride! (I can identify with the Automatic issues). It seems that everyone that has a heavily modified RX7 also has a stock one. I am not a psychologist, but I think that after a person actually gets some power out of the car, they realize that the gutlessness (and the ability to continuously abuse the car with complete mechanical and law-related impunity) was at least part of what they like about the car. I know I love trying to blow the automatic up in my '91. I almost never get a chance to stand on the '86. Anyway, welcome to the club! I can see the smile on your car's face over that long stretch of Nevada road directly behind it.
