Lets focus on fuel first and the main reason you should be scared right now not knowing exactely what your Lambda is.

The FD is a MAP based system. MAP of course meaning Manifiold Absolute Pressure. Now, lets look at our GT60 comparision and put it into BNR territory. If you are running stock twins @ 10 psi everything is happy. But if you put that GT60 on and run it at 10 psi, what's going to happen? Your MAP system is not going to add any additional fuel becuase 10 psi is 10 psi as the MAP sensor reads but 10 psi on one turbo is not 10psi on another. You're moving much more air and not compensating with additional fuel. The car runs lean, pops and yet another rotary is dead and gone.

10 psi on the stock twins is not what 10 psi is on the BNR's. How much? I dunno, but I wouldn't risk it. First thing on my list if I were to buy your car tomorrow would be a PFC with a datalogit, Lambda monitoring, closed loop control, and an appt with a dyno.

Again, I don't know the PFC software/hardware enough to know if there are inputs for L sensors and what not.

I would also be replacing the solenoids with an industrial solenoid and relocating them as well.
