the first day of springs marks the first post on this forum... born in hawaii (5 years), raised in okinawa (13 years), and residing in vegas (15 years). introduction to rotaries since the 80's and started working (til present) with a rotary shop in sunabe, okinawa (now chiba, japan). after years of working in the biz, finally purchased an FD in 2004. a few mods have been made, which i'll post pics shortly... regards, onigiri |

ONIGIRI ... meaning rice ball. in japan, the rotary engine is nicknamed ONIGIRI, since its shaped like a riceball. the company i work for has a professional driver that is a member of the fastest rotary group in japan called "ALL JAPAN ONIGIRI WORKS". as your avatar, i'm sure you know about AJOW, since a few members of the group are from RE AMEMIYA. |

Welcome. I was wondering about your name and it's now one of my favorites on this forum after your explanation. Very unique, fitting and funny (with the avatar).
