That is a pretty tall order. You are talking some serious labor and time to swap a motor in and out on 2 cars.
It would be significantly cheaper and easier to acquire all the stock emissions equipment, and just spend a day installing, then another putting it back to modified. With an extra catalytic converter and an air pump (electric, hidden) connected directly to the main cat, you could have a chance.
