i had one of a similar design and it made getting into reverse a two handed operation. Are these going to have the same issue?

it takes a little more effort than stock(definatly not a two handed operation!) but thats a good thing. no more 3rd gear to reverse instead of fourth mis-shifts

what brand is yours?
