I have everything you need. Do you really need/want the ACV? Or would you like to buy a blockoff plate and not worry about it?

the ACV NOT being there will not make the car NOT run.

It would remove it as long as your emissions testing isn't required.

I hope those aren't your last two questions.

You stop learning when you stop asking

i just need the car running.and bad news..today..it died..the car wont even start for the whole min.idk. i just went to pull it back in the garage.and it backfired really loud and shut off.

im thinking of just getting a 13bt front clip.
might be a less of a hassle.

You're gonna have to be more patient than that if you want to work on an old neglected rx7 bro. If you can't get this N/A running your going to have an even harder time with a Turbo, especially doing a conversion. But let's not dwell on what you shouldn't do, let's talk about what you SHOULD do. A couple of very helpful things would be:

1: Read the FSM troubleshooting section, chances are very good MAZDA knows what's causing your problem.
http://foxed.ca/foxed/index.php?page=rx7manual ** I may be thinking of Haynes... it's been a while since I've had to hunt through the manuals because my car kept stalling.. either way you should be able to find some insightful info.
2: Post good quality pictures of the engine bay from various angle and we'll see if anyone can spot anything obvious that a newb might not know about.

personally, I still think your problem is related to the AFM or a vac leak but then, I'm not there... you may want to pull your injectors and send them off to KG parts for cleaning... it could be that your flooding but, I haven't seen any mention of trouble getting it started, just trouble keeping it running.

Another thought... You may want to make yourself a test light and see if you're getting any trouble codes from the ECU. That could certainly help you narrow down any problems. http://www.teamfc3s.org/info/article...odes/main.html

*Also, I notice you have put on your new coolant cap assembly. Does it have a pressure cap with a tube going to the overflow reservoir? I believe '88 models had the pressure cap on the filler neck there.
