Got my 99 Spec y-pipe back and man did garfinkle make it slick looking by cutting off the Blow off valve nipple in the middle, welding in a plate and working it to flow with the lines. Then polished it out to make it a work or art. Im going to attempt to polish the upper tube myself so i can get an understanding on the labor it takes and time that is involved in one part.
