Sparco has nice, entry-level FIA-aproved seats.

the Sprint V seats can be found for under $400/each. I got mine through SHPMainMan (superios High Performance) on here.

I am going to have to say sparco with this one. They have a few seats that fit our FD's very nice and still leave good headroom for the average size driver with a helmet. As far as MOMO goes... i am actually going to stop selling all of MOMO's products because of their backorders and discontinued seats. Phoenix7 and me had a very hard time with getting him momo seats because they keep backordering all the FIA seats, then they discontinue them without notice or informing the business' that buy their products until the point of purchase. I would not buy MOMO from anyone unless they inform you they have it in stock ready to ship. Stick with Sparco, inexpensive and great quality... dont forget, they also fit good.

if you are looking at anything in particular let me know ill get you any info you need on seats.

I've seen Sparco Evo seats in a few track FD's. I'd say hit up Damian, Fritz, or Chadwick about it. They would prob. be the most knowledgeable on the subject.

I'm assuming you are keeping a full interior in your car with no door bars or anything crazy like that Phil?

The Bride Zeta III, Maxis III, and Gardis III are, the FX rails are as well. Don't know on fitment in the FD though. I'm sure there is a list of seats that will fit in the FD somewhere. I know Dan(Chadwick) has posted what dimensions will work in an FD as well.

No real lateral support at the legs on that seat.

I have sparco Evo2 in mine, but had to do some trimming of the seats to fit. Look through my build thread on Rx7club for photos of install. Let me know if you need a solid mount that bolts to the floor, I can make you one just like mine, head maximum clearance.

Any Recaro Full bucket, SPG, TS-G, etc.

Bride ZETA III LOW MAX i have seen in an FD before, Sparco Full bucket, OMP Motorsports line, etc.

Corbeau lost their FIA approval a while back.

I know More Japan imports Bride seats. Sparco will sell directly, Recaro and OMP i do not know.

EDIT: Fixed my information.

The solid mount gives you tons of head room, but it likes to eat the iPhones.

LOL

Thanks for the replies reguarding the BRIDE seats!
