What does EVOLV stand for?

EVOLV was the name of the concept car (well technically it was called RX-EVOLV) when they were developing the RX8 (source: http://media.ford.com/rx_evolv/). Since the founding members of this club consisted of RX8 owners, the name EVOLV-Chicago made sense. The club still consist of a majority of RX8s, but theres quite a few RX7s in the club.
