Well its all done and the car was driven home by its proud new owner yesterday.

Here's a pic of the final install. Not the cleanest bracket I would have normally made, but with some heat, bending and $1.79 in steel stock from Lowe's it got the job done.

You can see where I had to cut the radiator support. Since the first installed cooler was a busted, I used a different one where the lower bung sat a little more "off" and it caused me to need to move the upper line up some which meant cutting more. It could have been done differently if I had a spare rad support laying around, but unfortunately I didnt.

Its a tight fit, but not a leak in sight this time! Not shown is I did wrap the line in foam padding to prevent rubbing on the rad support.
