Default Stumble under load at 3000+ rpm

Hey guys, looking for some help... I have a 86 Mazda b2000 with a 1977 13b block and 1979 rx7 transmission... had the carb adjusted so both front and rear glass is right at the dot. Was running good when I had out earlier this spring until it snowed again...custom headers so doesn't run well at all in cold. I've replaced plugs, adjusted carb floats, new 5-9psi fuel pump, new fuel filter... still stumbles hard on acceleration but idle fine. Any suggestions?

What carb? I assume nikki since you mention site glass. Why did you have to adjust the
floats if the level was in the middle of the glass already? Do you have regulator on that
fuel pump? Cause nikkis don't want more than 3 psi normally.
