Then after that it's as simple as choosing a date you can leave and then meet for the caravan.

If you want to stay in the cabin where all the magic happens. . . you'll have to get with Kyle (project86), he's in charge of the cabin this year. As for rooms/beds, it's first-come, first-serve so if you're wanting a bed/room you're probably SOL but if you don't care and are fine with an air mattress and floor or pool table (Adler LOL) I imagine there's plenty of room.
