About 1/2 of mine work. I'm not sure if the lights are burned out or if the actual buttons don't work. I'll have to do some experimenting.

I have a center air vent for S5 (Same vent for coupe and vert I think?) but one of the horizontal pieces is broken off and missing. I'll bring it tomorrow it's yours if you want it.

The bottom row where you select temp lights up on mine... most of the time. The top row where you select which vents you want air at, the lights are all out. I tried replacing the bulb but no luck. It's a candidate for the soldering iron if I ever get around to pulling it back out again... such a PITA.

See you all tomorrow!

Good to know that the lights in mine worked at one point in time, forever I actually thought it was designed that way.

"I tried replacing the bulb but no luck. It's a candidate for the soldering iron if I ever get around to pulling it back out again... such a PITA."

Now I just have to find out why there not working, I'll get on this possibly in the morn.

"About 1/2 of mine work. I'm not sure if the lights are burned out or if the actual buttons don't work. I'll have to do some experimenting."

Thats how my clock is, it works when it want to and I'm not sure if its the idiot light display, the connection in the back, or both? ? ? not a big enough problem for me to care enough about so I ignore that little issue.

The idiot light cluster issue is caused by cold soldering... I bought a "reman" from Icemark because I was too lazy to fix it myself. I'd be willing to bet the logicon suffers from the same issue. The buttons on mine light up it's the back lighting that shows which button is which that is out on mine.

yep, it is the typical 2nd gen electrical issues. They all will have them at some point.

I also need a driver's side window switch. It's for an 86 if it makes a difference.
