Exclamation PLEASE HELP! 94 rx7 running ROUGH!

Hello everyone i really hope you guys can help me out. I'll start out with the background and mods as far as i know of the car...

Approx. 100k chassis miles and only 18k on rebuilt engine from revinsevens

Car was originally Montego Blue then painted white. Engine bay is flat black.

Rebuilt 13Brew short block w/approx. 18k miles

All components (alt, manifolds, belts, pumps, etc...) have approx. 40k miles on them.

Tweakit racing idler pulley

AC & Emissions pump deleted.

SS braided oil & power steering lines

Dual oil coolers

Aftermarket Earls oil cooler

Dual Supra fuel pumps

SS braided -8 & -6 fuel lines

Rotary Works full 3" exhaust

Megan 3" DP

Portmatched LIM

Act 6 puck sprung clutch and HD pressure plate

JDM 5 speed transmission w/approx. 20k miles on it

Stance Coilovers

18x10.5 +25 XXR WHEELS

Interior

Cobalt Wideband A/F gauge

Prosport Oil pressure, oil temp, & boost gauges

Rewired fuel pump

Relocated optima red top battery to passenger bin

Custom pearl white paint

Shine Auto Feed Sidesteps

Shine Auto Feed Front Bumper

99spec turn lamps

99spec tail lamps

....with that being said i just purchased this car as is running poorly. It has a jdm harness with american ecu. The problem persist of the vehicle overall running very poorly. sounds like its a bridge port while running even though its not. its running on both rotors as i have verified fuel, spark for both. i have replaced the spark plugs, wires radiator and coolant. now as far as questions go i am having trouble finding out if this is fuel or ignition related. as it does have the dual supra fuel pumps on the stock fpr and injectors. all emmisions are removed with the solenoids still plugged up just not active. there is a pretty bad exhaust leak at the manifold where it meets the block. any imputs you guys could give me would be great. i will be testing the fuel pressure tonight as well.

That fuel pressure is WAAAYYYYY too high imo! Stock pressure is meant to be 43.5psi.

I'm no tuner or a professional by any means, but I'd seriously look into turning that down.

Maybe i missed it, but what ecu are you running?

Yea true about the fuel pressure it has to be between 40 @ 45 psi if you have a wide band you can tweek it till when its idleing at arround 13 pn air fuel ratio give or take depending on mods and setup
