How do you you figure that? Item wise, yes, i'm sure i have about 75% of the number of parts ordered, dollar wise.. probably less than half..

also your order would have been completed awhile ago if you didn't inform me when the manifold was done and ready to ship that you have a right hand drive car.

I wouldn't call that manifold finished, and the following morning I noted that it would be going on a RHD car.

Making a manifold is not something that can just be made overnight.

I understand this. I would say I've been pretty patient..

we where lucky that we got a right hand car in to make the manifold.

I suppose that is lucky.

I have kept you informed whats going on in pm's so it's not like you have been updated,

You do keep me informed but sometimes i have to go out of my way to contact you. Examples include posting on the shops FB page and this thread.

also I have your order put in on 12/17/12 so i don't know where this 6 months deal you are claiming comes in to play.

When you order this i told you we where busy and you stated that you weren't in a hurry to get the parts.

Yes, when I purchased the parts, I said I wasn't in a hurry.
But here are two messages that stand out:



Yes, 6 months was exaggerated there but regardless, it is pretty obvious that at that point i wasn't really patient.

We had a problem with the flange wrapping on the manifold so we need to replace that and we will be getting the rest of your order out.

Okay, please do this.



And i'm not trying to bash your business or anything here, I'm just defending my credibility as mentioned.

The problem I have is that you are constantly telling me that "everything is ready to ship out, it will be out by X-date for sure" but it never happens. When you are faced with delay after delay on an order that is 6-months outstanding, it should be a priority should it not?

When that flange is welded on (which should NOT take long) send me a picture, ship it all out and I will take all these posts down and we can put this behind us. I don't see any reason why this should take a week to do. Heck.. i don't see any reason why it shouldn't be done THIS week.
