I have made one purchase from you.. For the Viton control o-rings and the thermal pellet mod kit..

Honestly the reason I dont do much more business is pricing..

I would like to see better prices.. I fell many of yoru prices are either a little higher or right at the competition.. and sometimes buying direct from mazda is the better way to go.. (they may be more but sometimes not much more).

another thing..

Shipping prices are to much.. I can buy from others shipped usps PRIORITY 2-3 day for less then your ground service.

just my .02

However one thing I cant complain about is customer service.. I have made one call and done my order over the net.. both times I was taken care of adequatly

I wanted to receive stuff I order the day I paid extra for shipping for it to arrive on Friday. My car is sitting on a jack with tranny and motor oil leaking to the floor.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE SHIPPING!

I tried to order a clutch hose and a throw out bearing for my FC, and the cheapest shipping is alone $22.something dollars!!!!!

With the bearing costing $30, and the clutch line $25, that makes my $55 in parts cost me roughly $80. It cost me less money to ship a wheel to someone! I dont want priority shipping, I dont care if it takes a week insead of 3 days, I want a cheaper shipping option if I prefer one!
It does NOT cost $20 to ship a tiny bearing and a small hose to Antarctica, yet alone ILLINOIS. Come on guys, VERY DISSAPOINTED with this.

...and I was looking forward to be your customer for a while too...

PS: Pinapple Racing's shipping, FROM OREGON, is perfect in comparison if that will motivate you any.

iam going to go turbo this winter if atkins wants i would send them my mani and down pipe. to copy, make a jig. ect.
iam making it so it will bolt right in to my racing beat setup. if you dont want to use the mini muffler you could just make a 1 foot long pipe to replace that.

If you call in and ask for USPS shipping than it will be done however if you dont say anything than we {Josh & I} go for UPS ground.
The same thing goes for the other shop I also run..

as for the rebuild kits I will post another thread and see what I can get started plus I will have a better idea on what kits you all will want from me so I can see about doing a GB..

What about some of the other suggestions? You asked for new ideas but don't give any feedback.

A few suggestions you may want to consider on top of what has been said here as well.
