No Shit?? The guy I bought it from never said anything about it being rebuilt. I put new turbo and downpipe gaskets on it. And also the front oil seal. I also fabbed up the custom oil injector lines....came out pretty good I think. Everything else internally was all before me....what size apex seals were on it? Any major damage to the engine or rotors?

O btw, I checked the alternator, its good. I think maybe the car being low on fuel could be causing the chugging. Ill be messing with it in the morning.
