if one buys them in pairs, are they flow matched? do they include flow and latency numbers?

All injectors are flow matched from the factory. I have tested over 200.... 2000cc injectors back to back in house. Not even a 1% variation.

Yes, they wil come with a flow sheet that will show they are matching flow rates.
