Well welcome to the site. As far as dropping a rotary into the 91 Cav have fun with that. I could think of many better cars to do the transplant & a couple of non rotary choices for your Cav. A 4 rotor is not a 13b, but a 26b, the cost of that motor & the amount of fabrication I think would not be in your best interest for that car. If you are set on a doing a rotary swap into your Cav a 13bt should be more than enough. I'm not sure if you were trying to stay FWD or you were going to RWD the Cav. First thing know your budget & do a little research on cost of such a build to see if it fits your budget. What are your mechanical abilities, is this something going straight to a shop or is this just a pipe dream? IMO buy an RX7 build it be happy & use the Cav for a daily. On the other hand there's a few Cavs at the track fitted with small blocks, you could always go that route.
