OK so today I got home to see I got 2 package
1 from japan2La: 2 S4 T2 fuel rails 1 SS clutch hose 1 box from Pineapple Racing: 1 60c syringe 1 engine stand adapter here are the pics of the parts   Here is a pic of the NEW engine stand (yes the one I borrowed would not work, so I had to buy one) and my front plate bolted on.
