For a completely stock TII, I believe it is less than 8.6 psi. Fuel cut to rotor 2 occurs at that pressure. However, actual boost levels depend on several factors including ambient air density, the health of the intake piping, among others.

A buddy of mine told me its around 7-9 psi.

Is this in the FSM or some other documentation? I'm confident in its correctness because I've read it all over the place, but I don't think I've ever seen official specs.
