I've been to this thing twice... once at the Titan stadium.

I don't know if I'm going to make it as July is a busy month for me.

Mike, 2600 is pretty damn good!!! Can't wait to see your car run. If you go, I might go up just to see you

Not much better tonight..LOL.. Sorry I did not buzz you to come but I found out they are closed Sunday so it was a last minute call.. Got in 4 runs but nothing to great. I am not sure why but the car was falling on its face out of the hole. I ended up on the last 2 runs just riding the clutch out to help. I was falling all the down to 1500rpms on the first 2 runs. I ended up with a 7.50 at 99mph w/1.8 60 footer. Riding the clutch hurt the 60 a little. I was running 22-23 psi tonight. Waiting till I get it figured out before I turn it up anymore..

No problem man. Ended up going to bed early and went to Memphis all weekend for the Hot Rod Pump Gas Drags. Saw a TT Viper go 8.38 at 178mph and a blown T-Bird go 8.31 at 175mph.

Didnt realize I had missed this thread. 100mph traps is good enough for a 6.8-6.9. Dont see too many rx7s trapping 100+ in teh 1/8th. Good stuff.

thanks, May be awhile since I lost the motor at the Import Face off! Well I know it was hurt before that. Just finished off. Now I am trying to decide what direction I am going with it. At first I was just going to fix the broke items and put it back together now I am confused it what I want.
I was getting ready to put in a C4 tranny w/transbrake big stall, send the plates of for pining or maybe a complete build..ALS seals and full bridge port=$$ Tonight I am thinking of just going large street port, port matching everything, seals?? Doing it all myself?? I feel I will continue to break motors and do not want to rely on others everytime. This way my down time will be less $ and up to me how quick I get it back out there...
Confused, Mike

Mike i wanted to say something about the rotors you posted elsewere. I would weigh them on a quality scale to see if they are of the same weight. Also you can do your own compression test with a syringe, position the rotors to hold water and use syringe to fill up to the highest position and compare how many cc's it takes. It will atleast let you know if they match. They might have been ok but they just dont look right and arn't the same style. Chin up man!

Ive got 3 good 2mm 1 piece ceramic seals I will sell for $225.00 Shipped, they came out of a core I purchased, only had 2k miles on them when the seals on the front housing let go. No damage to the rear seals. Let me know if you are interested. A think a full set of 6 go for around $1200.00 last I checked.

Do you record oil temps? Were you spraying to lower air temps?

How do you set up your logging to help visualize what's going on?

Here is an example of what I use.
