Wire location?

Wait, my old exhaust manifold had that flapper thing, (twin scroll?) anyways my new one doesnt have it, is that the vac source for it? i cant remember.

I got the car runnin and the damn water pump gave out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was fine last night then this mornin i went to go over it and noticed the coolant was low, i was like wtf, please please dont be a blown seal, so i went to add more before i started to see what was going on and as soon as i started to add water it came streaming out of the pump seep hole. I wanted to beat something!
