the s4 tps is just the "narrow range". watch it move, and the plunger quits moving after 1/2 throttle or so. the s5 tps uses two sensors, a "narrow range" and a "full range"... watch the s5 tps and you will see what I mean. IIRC you should be able to wire up the "narrow range" part of the s5 sensor and leave it at that.
***FWIW, the s5 manifolds make more power because the VDI switches the intake runners (shortens them) at high rpm. If you can't control the VDI (which s4 can't), you aren't seeing any gains... if you use only the short runners, you are losing power down low. also, the other HP gains from s4 to s5 are from the new ECU and higher compression... so just switching the manifolds will probably be more of a hinderance than a help***
