yea, all of it will change. I pretty much just cut everything from the old site just to get started. I need to build all the javascript and ajax crap, and a login / register option.

Everyone will be able to ad din their phone number and whatever personal info they want available for their profile. Their profile ill also link to pictures of their car through keyword associations etc. nothing too complicated. If you're phone number is saved in the site, you'll get text message reminders of meets etc, but I'll probably make it where you can set how often, or when you get the reminders. Need to come up with a clever way to add new events too, so any member can start one up.

Anyone have any suggestions? There's really nothing that I can't find a way to do. I'd like to see us all meeting up more often, and a restaurant doesn't have to always be the focal point...
