You could change it to flow less at higher rpms, or flow less at higher map signals.(not that you would want to) It has a fuel map setup just like a standalone ecu that's based on load(map sensor) and rpms, you can enter any number you want in each cell. You have full contol of flow at any rpm and load you want to change.

I haven't looked at the manual again yet. I've been messing around with the map for a few weeks now, trying to find something I like until I get the car tuned again.
