I've ran them on several different FD's. They drop them about an inch all around. They also have a red spring that I believe drops the car a couple of inches. The springs I am referencing here are the black ones. Here is a picture of how my silver car when it had Eibach springs and Tokico Illumina shocks with 18x9's with +45 front, and 18x10 +44 in the rear. I had zero rubbing issues. Very great combo for street/auto X/light tracking.

With my 17in RZ wheels:

This an FD that I just put 5 track days on in the last 10 days that has stock struts and Eibach springs. No rubbing issues with these either. I also have driven it around 1000 miles back and forth across the state of Tennessee the last couple of weeks. No issue on the street with them being too harsh and are a nice step above stock.
