Front mount intercooler piping

V/HMIC

I'd say no cutting at all but I cut out the frame support between the frame rails where the stock oil-cooler lived. Then there were a bunch of other tabs, supports, brackets and alot of other little things that met the business end of my plasma cutter.

I know Ian managed to do his HMIC with no cutting at all though.

However, being a 6-port turbo...... I would try to find one of those intercoolers with the in/out on the same side. Shift the intercooler over to one side and have the piping run together. Actually weld it together would look pretty slick, In my mind anyway.
