Series 2 Rx-7 SE suspension convert

I bought this car a little over a year ago. It did not come with a title so I had to go through registration services to obtain the pink slip under my name, which costed me $450. What happened was that the previous owner didn't keep up with the registration the time he owned it, and as time went on the car fell off the DMV records, according to the DMV employer, so I had inherit his fees. Anyway, here's a list of stuff that I done with the car:
-front SE suspension (this car actually came with a rear SE suspension, so yes it DOES have LSD, I chose to do the front swap because the original brake rotors were warped)
-replaced front brake hose
-replaced alt (old one went kaput)
-replaced fuel filter
-replaced watts link bushing
-replaced all four tires (185 width, I didn't have it balanced or rotated or aligned)
-replaced headlight switch (original one was no good)
-changed engine oil about 1000 miles ago
-removed birds nest

these parts will be included:
new LCA bushings
new ball joints (for alignment)

basically I spent more on the car then the car itself.

THE BADS:
-this car has no interior (previously owner gutted it, for whatever reason, I have no idea since the odometer has less than 60,000 miles)
-when you turn on the headlight switch, the hi-beams come on, but I will provide a can of electrical cleaner.
-the headlights are stuck up
-wheels need alignment

THE GOODS:
-clean title in hand
-momo bucket seat and steering wheel
-has a straight pipe welded on , good or bad it's up to you, but it sounds really nice (previous owner)
-rear Racing Beat springs
-transmission shifts smoothly and it runs...GOOD!

This car makes a sold daily driver. I traveled a 7 mile commute every weekday of this car during the fall, so this car is relatively reliable.
