I am going to be rebuilding my engine soon (tearing down the motor today), but I do not want to port it myself. The last motor I rebuilt I ran into the same situation, but my nearest rotary shop (Rotorsports Racing) wouldn't port the motor unless they built it too, so I ended up not getting it ported.
