Still not fast enough!

Hello all!
Hi all, i'm an rx7 fd3s owner living in the UK, just been looking for a set of twin turbos, think they're hitachi H12's?? Looked at ebay and found a guy selling some, and he had a write up about this site, so thought i'd join!
My fd is silver, and was standard when i bought it a year ago, now i have twin air filters and a catback exhaust, changed the headlights to some dual halos, and now i'm looking to really make it run right, and stay that way for a while, i do intend on big power gains, but it is all relevant to cash flow! Basically my boost pattern seems to be wrong, with the first turbo running a nice 0.9, then drops to around 0.5, just as it should i believe, but the second turbo boosts up to around 0.9 for only a second before dropping to 0.6 til the red line! I'm relatively new to all this stuff, but willing to listen and learn. I had to replace my sparks last week, although i had replaced them only three months previous, not sure, but could this be oil from turbo two leaking and gumming the plugs up? If you can help, or even if you just fancy a chat, drop me a message and say hi! Cheers, Adam |
