OK so I cut some slits in the shells to relieve some pressure and I pounded them out wiht a screwdriver and socket..

Now the new Energy Suspension bushings are in

The shells I had to remove (2 per arm)


The new energy suspension bushings in the arm (crappy pics)




Phoenix I spent about 30 minutes getting them out
