You replaced the steering wheel with another, functioning, OE steering wheel?
If so, pull the battery for 30 minutes and stand on the brake pedal for 30 seconds at the start of that time. Not pulling the battery when you swapped the wheel could have led to your decapitation, not just a CEL, so consider yourself lucky.
