My stock turbo is kaput
my current daily driver, a 1987 Turbo II, has decided that the oil running to the turbo is no longer need to be contained and now throws it where ever it wants, including all over the compressor housing.
So im looking into the BNR rebuild, but not really sure where i want to go with it. Once i take the car off daily driver duties, ill be using it as a weekender/fun car and registering it with collectors plate so emissions will not be a concern. Being that i usually try to plan ahead on things, i will be eventually running a streetported engine once the current one is tired. I was thinking about just going with the "stage 4" and call it a day, but i would like to get some insight from the man himself. |
