The first 2 runs started between 40 and 50 mph. I was in 3rd cause 2nd blows the tires off. This is really slow for 3rd gear. As you'll notice, I'm coming up real fast but I'm getting to the top of 4th gear and don't want to get into boost in 5th gear. I was going way too fast anyway (145+). I also was spinning some in 3rd gear. On the last run, I did brake boost and it was smoother and I pulled him much better. The GTR is really fast and with its trans he can stay in the powerband and shifting is super fast.
The car isn't really too peaky and makes peak tq at about 5500 rpm. The GTR makes more TQ than I do, stays in the peak tq range and doesn't spin. You lose ground quickly when you spin in 3rd gear. Not making excuses but explaining.
