Well, This is what I'm thinking about doing on Friday Morning.... Again, this is NOT part of the event.. just my personal drive for Friday.. You guys can follow this map and do it on your own. Link to Google Map = http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sour...97435&t=h&z=11 A = NVNC B = Fontana Dam Distance = Approx. 137 miles This will cover pretty much the best roads in the country... Part of 'Hell Bender - US28' (good warm up), Skyway with 5000ft elevation change, and finish towards the end with 'Tail of the Dragon' and best part of 'Hell Bender'. I was going to leave around 8AM and get to the Dam around 12:45PM... Early 30 min to an hour lunch around 11AM and fill up with gas at the main town. We'll stop 2-3 times on the Skyway... for 5-15min each. Again, this isn't set in stone as I have to see how much I get done on thursday and if volunteers are ok with me doing this... Also, this will be a fairly fast paced run... *This is NOT part of DGRR!!! I'm just giving you what I'll be doing Friday morning - Informational Purpose ONLY!!!
