Got it started, working through some smoke. Pretty thick white and smells lean, prolly to be expected with the age of the gas. No blue.
Edit: Seems to be working fine now, thanks for all the help. I was mainly concerned with the smoke from the turbo, but that has stopped. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brAmpay9vg4
