IT DOES NOT INCLUDE the NRG hub.The wheel is in great shape. The leather is slightly worn on the top half of the unit but no scratches, nicks, cuts, ect. I just cleaned an conditioned the leather today as well. You will get the wheel, horn button, and allen bolts. $180.00, that includes shipping Paypal only.
