welded diff is a no no...

But anyways, There are two diff mounts that bolt the rear of the diff to the body. Then there is a mount up front that bolts the nose of the diff to the sub-frame. This is most likely your problem. Search my name on here in the 2nd gen section and you'll see what I did to solve this problem.
