Yes, its pretty much the same as alcantara from what I can tell. Its around $25.00 a yard, I bought 1 yard and still have plenty left over.. I should have used adhesive but I did staples instead. I left the original foam padding the door already had on it... I wanted the doors to look similar to the doors in my 8 and I think they look WAY better that they did before. I wish I had taken a before picture.
